Friends of Amundsen’s 6th annual back-to-school fundraising campaign supporting an important Amundsen initiative.
This year’s Back to School Boost
is the most critical Boost campaign to date.
A CRITICAL BOOST: Amundsen is facing a budget deficit due to a combination of budget cuts and the increasing expense of running the school. Simply put, the money allocated by CPS is not enough to cover the cost of classroom and school-wide resources. Your support will help bridge the gap between available funding and the rising costs we face.
HOW YOU CAN HELP: To ensure that our students continue to receive the quality education they deserve, we rely on the support of our community. Your Boost contributions will play a vital role in offsetting the cost of school operations and maintaining the smooth functioning of our educational programs.

OUR FUNDRAISING GOAL IS $50,000: $50,000 will not fully bridge Amundsen’s 2023-24 budget deficit, but it will significantly address the school’s most important operational and educational needs. Every contribution—large and small—will help us reach this ambitious, yet achievable fundraising goal.
