Principal Candidate Forum - June 5th
The Amundsen High School Local School Council would like to invite you to a Principal Candidate Forum so that you can meet the final three candidates being considered for the position of principal at Amundsen High School.
The Candidate Forum will be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 6 p.m. in the auditorium. Parents, students, community members and teachers can submit questions for the candidates beginning at 5:30 p.m. No questions may be submitted after 5:50 p.m. There will also be a sign up sheet for those who wish to make a statement after the candidates have been presented and answered some of the questions submitted by the audience. The time for public comment is fifteen minutes and public statements are limited to one minute

Small Learning Communities at Amundsen
This video from 2008-9 highlights Amundsen's small learning communities, and initiative to help students and teachers feel as if they are part of a small, close-knit community instead of a 1,600 student institution.
